Meet Deb – Web Accessibility Specialist & Inclusive Design Advocate

Deb is a Web Accessibility Specialist, a white woman in her late 30s with blond hair and blue eyes.

Hey, I’m Deb

a certified CPACC web accessibility specialist with a background in frontend development, UX testing, and usability audits.

I work with global brands to make digital products more inclusive.

Why I Care About Accessibility

if your website isn’t accessible, you’re leaving people behind. Accessibility isn’t a checklist or a trend. It’s basic human decency. It’s about building digital spaces where everyone can interact, engage, and navigate without roadblocks.

I saw the gaps firsthand as a frontend dev and UX analyst. Some of the best-looking sites were failing real people. That didn’t sit right with me, and I’ve been on a mission to change it ever since.

My Mission

Accessibility isn’t a side hustle, it’s MY main gig. I’m focused on merging accessibility with usability so websites aren’t just “technically compliant” but actually easy and enjoyable to use. Right now, I’m studying for the Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) cert and applying what I learn on real projects. No fluff. Just practical advice that works.

Who I Help

Whether you’re a business owner, designer, dev, or agency—if you want your site to work better for more people, I’ve got your back. From mini audits to full accessibility reviews, I give you clear fixes and honest answers.

Let’s Work Together

This blog isn’t just me talking into the void. It’s a space to learn, share, and solve real-world accessibility problems together.
Got a question? Need help? Just want to make your site suck less for people using screen readers or keyboards?

Let’s talk.

Thanks for stopping by.
